I will start from the beginning. The Morgan Motor Company was founded in 1909 by HFS Morgan. The company is now in its 101st year and is still family owned. The company started by making three wheeled Morgans because of a tax on cars that had four tires. The company is family owned and all the cars are made by hand. The Morgan Motor Company is the only family owned Motor Company left in the world and definitely the only motor company that builds all cars by hand.
One of the most unique features and what makes this car so rare is that the body frame is made out of wood, Bavarian Ash to be exact. Each car, even the most recent model, the Morgan Life Car (Which is a hydrogen fueled concept car) has a wood body frame.
