Here is a view of the back of the car. That is the gas tank there. There is not much room for storage or a "trunk". There is a storage compartment that is the width of the car and about two inches deep.

This is a side view of the gas tank again. You can see the amount of wood that is put onto this car. That curved wood there is for the rear deck which is in the next picture.







That is the rear deck there. Since the car is made of wood each car is slightly different. We had a new wood frame built but had much of the original metal so we are running into the problem of almost all of the metal not fitting and having to have new pieces made. This is one of those pieces. The hole is for the two spare tires that go on the back. They sit back in the hole and there is a bar that runs between them to hold them down,






This is a picture of the front of the car. Again the unpainted bulkhead is present along with the engine. The engine is a 4 cylinder Vanguard. Vanguards no longer exist and it was an old tractor engine that they used. It only has 68 horsepower but with the light weight of this car 68 horsepower goes a long way. There
were only a few years of Morgans that were outfitted with this engine and ours is one of them. There are only about 4-5 left in the cars. All other cars were destroyed or the engines replaced with a more powerful one.
